The effective management of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) has been a tough task across the globe for the Government and Semi-Government authorities especially in the highly populated cities and towns in Asia. The challenge has been further aggravated due to the socio-economic conditions of this region.  

Since the above factor is beyond our control we can resort to only technological innovation at this point in time In this respect we should not forget the fact that many European models in the segregation of MSW have failed because of their incompatibility to our social condition while our research has been successful to innovate an effective technology, which can take care of this daunting task.
